our manu tara tahi

We have been designing  a manu tara tahi out of bamboo, string, feathers and twine .We took time to make the one that we really liked. It was so perfect at first when we made it  but it didn't work out at the start because there was a lot of people in the same group. We didn’t make a traditional manu tara tahi we only made a modern take on one. We wished that our manu tara tahi was small then it will only take about two to three days but this one took about three weeks.

Wonder 4/12/17

The last few weeks room 8 has  been reading a book called wonder. In the story one of the main characters is called August Paul-man The theme of the story is to be kind to people even if the are different. We have been going on tweet deck to post some tasks and questions.
